Convert Excel to a WooCommerce product import

How it works

   Upload your Excel file. Messy headers, comma decimals and currency symbols are handled automatically.

   Review the AI mapping onto WooCommerce's importer columns — Name, SKU, Regular/Sale price, Stock, Categories and Images.

   Download a WooCommerce product CSV and import it via Products → Import in WP admin.

Frequently asked questions

Which WooCommerce columns are produced?

Type, SKU, Name, Published, Visibility, Description, In stock?, Stock, Weight (kg), Regular price, Sale price, Categories, Tags and Images.

Are product images included?

If your sheet has an image URL column, it maps to WooCommerce's Images column. WooCommerce fetches the images on import.

What about variable products?

The current export creates simple products. Variations are on the roadmap — get in touch if you need them.
