What we process

Uploaded files are expected to contain product data only (titles, prices, SKUs, stock levels). We do not ask for and do not want personal data in uploads.

Where

All processing happens on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). For automatic column mapping, column names and a small sample of rows are sent to the OpenAI API for analysis.

Retention

Uploaded source files and generated output files are deleted automatically 24 hours after processing. We keep aggregate usage statistics (number of conversions) without file contents.

Cookies

The public converter works without tracking cookies.
