Frequently asked questions

Does it read .xlsx and .xls?

Yes, both Excel formats plus CSV. The first sheet is used; every cell is read as text so prices and SKUs keep their exact values.

My prices use a comma as the decimal separator — is that a problem?

No. We detect comma decimals (e.g. 49,90) and currency symbols and normalize them to Shopify's 49.90 format automatically.

Can I reuse the mapping for next month's sheet?
