Convert a CSV to an Amazon flat file

Amazon's flat files are unforgiving tab-separated templates. GetProductFeed maps your supplier CSV onto the listing columns Amazon expects — item-name, standard-price, brand-name, product-id and product-id-type — so the upload validates.

How it works

  1. 1

Upload your CSV file. Encodings, comma decimals and currency symbols are handled automatically.

  2. 2

    Review the AI mapping onto Amazon flat-file columns — sku, item-name, brand-name, standard-price, quantity and product-id (EAN/UPC).

  3. 3

Download the tab-separated flat file and upload it in Seller Central under Inventory → Add products via upload.

Frequently asked questions

Is the output the real Amazon flat-file format?
Yes — a tab-separated (.txt) file with Amazon's listing column headers. For category-specific templates, map the columns onto the template in Seller Central.
How is the barcode type detected?
A 13-digit barcode is exported as EAN (product-id-type 4), a 12-digit one as UPC (3). Items without a barcode get a generated SKU.
Which fields are required?
At minimum a title and price — rows missing either are skipped. SKU, brand, quantity, barcode, description and image map across when present.
